Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing or dispatch.
Once production begins or goods are dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Customised or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after production starts.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photographs or videos showing the damage.
- Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Replacement
Eligible damaged or defective products may be repaired or replaced after inspection.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on banking procedures.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Improper installation
- Product misuse
- Damage caused after delivery
- Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective)
