Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–7 business days, depending on stock availability and product type.

Custom-made products may require additional manufacturing time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery:

• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
• Other Cities: 5–10 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–15 business days

Large products such as:

• Biodigester Tanks
• Biogas Plants
• FRP Structures

may require specialised transportation and longer delivery schedules.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout or communicated before dispatch.

Heavy engineering products may have separate freight charges.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via SMS, email or WhatsApp after dispatch whenever available.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect packages upon delivery.

Visible damage should be reported immediately and noted with the delivery carrier before accepting the shipment.

Delivery Delays

Delays caused by weather conditions, transport disruptions, strikes or other events beyond our control shall not make Shubh Aangan liable for compensation.
